On February 12th, 2016 it was announced that once again Traylor has been named a 2016 Best Places to Work in Indiana (in the Large-sized companies category).   

This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Indiana, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. Winners were selected from four categories: small companies of between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 U.S. employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 U.S. employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 full-time employees are in Indiana.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Indiana and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.

On May 5th Traylor was recognized and honored at the 2016 Best Places to Work in Indiana Awards Dinner coordinated by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Mickey Hammers, Jenny Reising and Matt Bohleber had the pleasure of accepting the Best Places to Work in Indiana Award on behalf of Traylor. Traylor ranked second in the large companies category.
