The San Elijo Outfall Reballast project included the placement of approximately 7,200 tons of armor stone along a 1,650-foot-long section of a submerged sewer treatment plant outfall pipe.
The rock was placed in water depths ranging from 20 to 150 feet using the derrick barge DB-5.
