Pier A to Pier IV.: .451 miles, Cantilever Truss Highway and Railroad bridge widening with parallel trusses and steel stringers for widened roadway deck system. Widening the roadways on the 71 year old span from two 9-foot lanes to three 11-foot lanes and fastening on new trusses, the cagelike structures that balance the bridge.

Design and construction of a new high-rise, six lane bridge, on a nearly parallel alignment with a Shared-Use Path (bicycle/pedestrian) new six lane bridge(s) over CSX Transportation Railroad. Associated roadway items include, lighting, removal of portions of existing pavement, and removal of the existing bridges and debris.
