Traylor acknowledges the contribution which employees can make towards achieving corporate objectives, and recognizes the need for continuous development of employees to meet changing work demands. To ensure that employees have the opportunity to do what they do best on a daily basis and have appropriate challenging opportunities to grow and learn, Traylor undertakes to provide resources to develop its professional staff. Further, we endorse a strategy which will encourage employees to share the responsibility for developing their own potential through a wide variety of training initiatives. Employee annual performance evaluations include development goals and a plan for attaining those goals during the coming year.
Professional Certification
Additionally, Traylor supports its engineering staff in pursuing a Professional Engineer license to further develop their professional careers. In keeping with this philosophy, the Company has an established reimbursement program for fees and expenses incurred during this process.
Full-time employees are encouraged to seek professional certifications and licensing as appropriate for their careers, and are reimbursed for the cost of applying for and obtaining professional certifications appropriate to career needs.
