Traylor founded Traylor Bros., Inc. in 1946 and thrived on conquering the difficult projects, the ones that scared others away.  He succeedeed through a rare combination of honesty, courage, common sense, attention to detail, and uncanny innovative ability.  The second generation Traylor's have continued their father's dream of growing Traylor to a multi-divisional organization present in all regions of the USA.  The strength of family has now been bolstered by the participation of the third generation of Traylors, who are committed to carrying the tradition forward to the next generation.  Today, managers, engineers, and craftsmen alike follow Bill's example when it comes to tackling the tough projects.
